The following is a list of questions that is asked by lot of people interested in this software. If you have any questions about anything regarding this software, please do not hesitate to contact us. You can email us your question or you can just fill up the form in "Contact us"section. We will update this FAQ section depending upon the questions / problems the customers notify us of.



Q. What is the charge for this software ?
We have not quoted the rate of this software as this may change with time and upgrades. The cost is always kept negotiable and very low compared to other softwares. To know the current charge, you will have to contact us individually (please see the details of contact in "Contact us" page).

Q. How can I upgrade to a newer version whenever a newer version arrives ?
Whenever a newer version of the software arrives, we will notify all the registered users. The setup of newer version can be sent via email or on cd, depending on your convenience. You can then just run the setup file and it is done.

Q. Do I have to pay for the upgrades ?
We will try to keep all the upgrades free. However depending upon the cost of making upgrades, you may be asked for some payment if you want to upgrade. However, if you want the upgrades on cd or floppy disk, you will have to pay for them and also the mailing cost, even if the upgrade is free.

Q. How can I get on site help ?
If your Cyber cafe is installed in Pokhara, Bhairahawa, Butwal, Biratnagar, Dharan or Kathmandu, we can provide on site help. But it may not be immediate and you will have to allow us 2 days time. You may be charged for on site help, depending upon your location from our distributors and travel cost. For other places, we may not be able to help you on site, or it may take weeks. However, there is virtually no such problem that you may require on site help. This software can be easily handled by any average user.

Q. I used the trial version and it is now expired, how can I register now ?
Registration is similar whether the trial version is expired or not. You will have to fill up the registration form which is located in the server's configuration interface. You will have to pay for the registration. The distributor, from whom you got the trial version will tell you the charge and mode of payment. Once you pay, you will get the registration number, registration code and the "Membership ID". You need to have a Membership ID to use the Users' Forum section on this site.
